Benefits of Ginger


Sliced Ginger, Ginger Root, Ginger Powder
Ginger is on my top 10 list. It's an amazing root that has a warming effect to your body and is wonderful in flavoring recipes. It's been used by myself on several occasions, even to the point where i hold a little bit of the powder in my purse. My number one relief from it would be nausea, it's instantaneous!

Pickled Ginger (Sushi Side)
During Sushi meals, I ask the waiters for some extra ginger, and I leave some for the end to finish off a meal. It helps when I'm over-stuffed, and aids in my digestion.
